We ran into a little issue where one of the bridesmaids dresses was not going to arrive in time for the wedding. I could not have been more dissapointed with this company, and I really wanted to like it. Because of my sizing, after purchase I will need to have the dress tailored to be taken in at the waist, which will be costly as well. Save the headache and find a retailer that can deliver on its product and promises. I'm now out almost 300$ on a dress and forced to find new dresses for all three bridesmaids. Do your bridesmaids a favor and order from somewhere that takes your measurements and does a fitting in person. for our December wedding! There are no returns so how is anyone supposed to know what fits. I had to pay another $200 for a new dress in a bigger size and when I got that one it fit exactly the same as the first dress. As a COVID bride, I have been wildly impressed with how efficient and well-thought-out their business model is. There were seams that were loose (with white string on a dark red dress), snags that ran across the dress, bumps on the side seams (because it was done so poorly), and the area where the slits start the dress was sewn so it came inward and made your hips look larger. They were SO stunning. Hopefully this will save some human the unnecessary stress our bridal party has had to bear witness to, and for the love of all things beautiful in this world - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS. the pandemic. I was the MOH for my sisters wedding and wanted a dress that was different from the rest of the bridesmaids (who did not use revelry) so I went with the skye satin dress. earlier because of shipping delays but thats nothing to do with the company. I gave two stars instead of 1 because of the at home try on feature - they probably know their sizing and dresses are so terrible so they give people the option to discover that prior to ordering. My grandmother is a seamstress and when I took it to her, she laughed at the quality and said that the seams have no room to let out or redo. We do have a strict return policy for our shrugs and state this at the time of purchase. My actual dress came fitting more snuggly, but even worse, the seams are all bubbli HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Any other company would have owned up to their mistakes. You order based on their size chart and order a set size. But they did not. 15 weeks had passed and I emailed asking for updates on the dress I ideally wanted for the wedding to match the other bridesmaids and they told me that had canceled my order because I had the other dress even though I explicitly said I wanted both. I then went to the website and filled out their form with my issue, and received no response. en I finally got it, but Reverly didn't care. They still couldnt tell me that info. I also purchased the swatches so that I could see the fabric and color up close, and it was the exact shade of terracotta that I was looking for. The dresses were delivered on time, and they came out absolutely gorgeous. I may now end up with no dress to wear to my sisters wedding when I purchased one. also one of the girls dresses got butchered by a tailor and my wedding is in 3 weeks. After ordering and waiting the 12-16 weeks for the dresses to arriv Revelry made trying on dresses so simple! I ordered my first dress and understood the shipping windows but had not had familiarity with the production schedule taking quite so long. Well, because my dress has no guarantee of getting here on time, I called their customer service and ordered a second dress as a backup, but hopeful that the dress I was supposed to have would come in time. Meanwhile if they gave me a realistic expectation about their time line I could have gone WEEKS ago to see if I could repair it when I originally had a seamstress appointment that I ended up canceling. Extremely unhelpful. my straps was fully sewn on backwards, one of them came with a stain on the dress and the other one had a bunch of small, scratch like tears in the ruching of the bust. I honestly felt ridiculous while dialing because I totally expected to hear that they were sorry for the situation I was in but that there was nothing they could do. Customer service is very difficult to get a response back, we got the dresses back BUT the color was different Rachel was amazing to work with, she really helped me a lot when trying to find a last minute dress for a wedding.
